Z1462T, 9th Platoon, C Company, Hawke Battalion, British Mediterranean Expeditionary Force, who was killed in action, and twelve postcards of his home town Ashington, Northumberland, England; a letter, 7 July 1918, and a field postcard, 7 Nov. 1918, by J. Allan in France; a postcard, 26 Aug. 1917, by Pte J. Campbell Blogg, no. 3249, 3rd Pioneer Battalion, at sea; a postcard, 28 Sept. 1917, from England, and a letter, 12 Jan. 1919, from France, both by Dvr Victor T. Hodgson, no. 31403, 12th Field Artillery Brigade; and two letters, 10 Feb. and 27 Dec. 1918, by Dvr Ken Scrymgour, no. 13485, 5th Motor Transport Company, in France.
